The best Biblical novel I’ve read! It is so much better than all other Biblical novels I have ever read, which inevitably end up being an average romance, disguised as a retelling of the Biblical narrative. This one is the real thing! I really enjoyed this novel for the interesting insights into the meaning of the Biblical story and for the sense of somehow having lived through the events when I came to the end of the book. - Miss R.W, January 2024 Amazon

In a courtyard, in the backwater of Bethany, Martha’s brother Lazarus is having breakfast with the Rabbi Yeshua. Could he really be the long awaited Messiah? Her sister Mary is in no doubt. Their close relationship with Yeshua draws the three siblings irrevocably into key events of the New Testament, testing Martha’s faith and friendships, especially with women who follow the Rabbi, as they all play their part in the greatest story ever told.

The enigma of Martha is brought to life in this absorbing, thought provoking, fictionalised account of the latter part of Yeshua’s time on earth.
